	Amazon They've tonnes of dinosaur toys and prehistoric fun at Amazon. For starters there's Lego sets from the Lego Dino range and Playmobil dinosaurs too. There's dinosaur games and play sets, fossils, giant floor Puzzles and jigsaws, puppets and plenty of dinosaur Soft toys. Some rather fetching fancy dress costumes too. The Playmobil dinosaur range at Amazon may tick quite a few boxes with the young prehistoric enthusiast in your life. Playmobil have such Jurassic treats as T-Rex with Babies or Dino Cage with Jeep or the awesome Triceratops with Baby & Big Volcano. While you're at Amazon don't forget to grab a Remote Control Dinosaur such as Roboraptor or Roboreptile; the National Geographic Dinosaurs and Fossil Kit looks rather excellent too. Kids are mad for 'Dig a Dino' and 'Excavate a Skeleton' sets, and you'll find the Horrible Science Deadly Dinosaurs sets here also. The Schleich range of plastic prehistoric figures such as Tyrannosaurus and Triceratops are toys of exceptional quality. There's not just Jurassic toys and games at Amazon, there's also a monster choice of themed Bedroom furnishings and bedroom accessories such as prehistoric wall Murals, posters, bedding and dinosaur light shades. Stegosaurus mugs, Brontosaurus coookie cutters, amazing art work for a bedroom wall .... it's all here.
	Duplo at Lego UK Shop at LEGO UK for the excellent Duplo Dino Valley where you'll find cavemen and dinosaurs trying to get on with each other. There's also Dino Birthday with a mother and cute baby dinosaur (in an egg), and the exciting Duplo Dino Trap where a Tyrannosaurus is being hunted by a caveman. The bad news is that Lego UK don't sell their own Dino 2010 range or Lego Dino Attack range .... but Amazon and Ebay quite often do !

	Early Learning Centre There's a small selection of prehistoric toys at Early Learning Centre for younger children. You can buy the popular Dig a Glow Dino here where kids can excavate bones of a Tyrannosaurus, Stegosaurus or Pterandon from plaster. A Volcano & Earthquake Kit is also a fun way of stepping back in time. There's a Dino Adventure Set where you build prehistoric landscapes and race cars around a track. They've Soft Stuff Dippy Dinosaurs too (which I think is like plasticine ?) and a clawful of plastic figures such as Ceratosaurus and Utahraptor. Their Dinorobot is a robot dinosaur monster that children can make and then scare their friends with. Early Learning Centre also have a remote control T-Rex, and books like touchy feely books, Hide & Seek and 'Harry & his Bucketful of Dinosaurs'.
	Curious Minds Just a small collection of Mesozoic marvels at Curious Minds . Look out for an educational dinosaur CD-ROM, National Geographic Dinosaur & Fossil Kit, a Tyrannosaurus moulding kit to cast and paint your own 48cm long T-Rex, and some books too.
	Bright Minds A Sonic T-Rex Gearbotics set from Bright Minds lets kids build their own roaring, walking battery operated Tyrannosaurus out of 28 pieces including a motor and gears. Alternatively, they sell a chunky wooden dinosaur jigsaw which helps children to learn the alphabet. The popular Dig a Glow Dino Tyrannosaurus Rex is here along with Geosafari Mystery Rock where kids can excavate treasures - one of which is a dinosaur bone. The Horrible Science Deadly Dinosaurs kit should keep children occupied, but are you brave enough to enter the Triops World ? 	Ebay There's every dinosaur toy, game and figure imaginable at Ebay ! Some new, some used. It's a good source of Lego Dino 2010 and Playmobil dinosaurs too. No child's bedroom is complete without a giant Inflatable Tyrannosaurus .... although you may need to leave the light on at night. Always be sure that you know exactly what you're getting and not getting. Toys, games, etc. may not always be in good condition, and sets will not always be complete. Always ask the seller first.

Most kids go through a 'dinosaur toy phase' at some time or other. For some it's just a mild curiosity .... for others it can become a total consuming obsession. There's something wonderfully healthy though about this fascination involving a mix of history, nature, evolution and big scary things.

Not too long ago, Tyrannosaurus Rex was always reported to be the king of the dinosaurs ... the fiercest ...the fastest ... the most intelligent. Of late, however, the scientists appear to have changed their minds. That's the fascinating thing about prehistoric history, we'll just never know for sure; and that uncertainty and mystery will ensure that dinosaur toys and models - and dinosaur excavation kits like Dig-a-Dino - will always be a big success in the toy store. Remote control dino's and Playmobil dinosaurs are big sellers too and which child wouldn't delight in a dinosaur themed birthday party complete with an inflatable Stegosaurus ?!
